The room we booked here was small but had everything we needed, like a laundry area and a working heating system. There were also nice pictures displayed throughout the property.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to the city centre and the canal tours. We were able to walk to the museums and it felt very safe even at night. The staff were young, energetic, and provided us with great guidance and friendly service. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.
Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking rooms and the lack of soundproofing which made it easy to hear noise from other guests.
